What's included in each tier?

All three tiers include two oral health assessments per year and emergency cover. Optimise adds the aligner pathway and Dental Monitoring home scanning. Signature adds advanced treatments, the Smile Warranty™, and Dr Fliss AI guidance. Full tier comparison is on the join page.

Can I change my tier?

Yes. You can move up at any time. Your founding member price moves with you — you never pay more than the founding rate, regardless of which tier you're on.

Can I cancel? What happens to my founding price?

You can cancel at any time. There is no minimum term beyond your first month. If you cancel and rejoin, founding member pricing is no longer available — you would rejoin at the prevailing rate. Your founding price is locked only while your membership is active.

Is there a contract or minimum term?

No contract. Monthly membership. The only condition on your founding price is that your membership stays active.

What is SOYL?

SOYL stands for Smile of Your Life™. It is a four-stage clinical framework designed by Dr Fliss Bender: Stabilise, Optimise, Youthful, Legacy. Each stage has a clinical gate condition that must be met before the next stage opens. Aesthetic treatments — whitening, bonding — sit in Stage 3, reached only when your foundations are confirmed healthy. This is why SOYL results last.

What happens at my first appointment?

Your first appointment is an Oral Health Assessment (OHA) with Dr Fliss. She will review your Dental Monitoring scan — which you complete at home before the appointment — and your intake information. She maps your SOYL stage, completes a full clinical assessment, and builds your staged treatment plan. You leave knowing what is happening, in what order, and why.

What is the Smile Warranty™ and how does it work?

The Smile Warranty™ is a compliance-based benefit included with Signature tier membership. It is active while you meet your compliance conditions: attending your oral health assessments, keeping your Dental Monitoring scans up to date, and maintaining your brushing compliance. It is not an insurance product. It is a warranty on the clinical work delivered while your compliance is active.

What is Dental Monitoring?

Dental Monitoring is a remote intraoral scanning system. A scan box ships to you when you join. You complete regular scans at home using your phone. The scan data is reviewed by Dr Fliss between your appointments, extending the clinical picture beyond twice-yearly check-ups.

What is Dr Fliss AI?

Dr Fliss AI is a personalised guidance tool within the FAB Teeth Club member app. It delivers guidance between appointments based on your clinical profile and SOYL stage. It is clinician-governed — constrained by your actual data, not generic dental advice.

Where are the clinics?

FAB Teeth Club members are seen at FAB Teeth Network clinics. Your nearest clinic is confirmed at the point of booking your first oral health assessment. Current clinic locations are in Cornwall.

How do I book my first appointment?

After joining, you will receive a booking link in your confirmation and via the member portal. Your Dental Monitoring scan box will also ship at this point — complete your first scan before your appointment date.

What if I need urgent treatment?

Emergency cover is included with all tiers. Contact the clinic directly. Emergency appointments are prioritised for active members.

How is FTC different from Denplan or a dental plan?

Denplan is insurance logic — it protects you against the cost of treatment when something goes wrong. FAB Teeth Club™ is a clinical system designed to reduce how much treatment you ever need. It includes a named clinician who knows your clinical history, remote monitoring between appointments, a staged clinical framework, and a compliance-based warranty. Different job.

Why do I need membership — can't I just pay per treatment?

You can. FAB Teeth Club™ is not for everyone. It is for people who want a clinical relationship — a named clinician, a plan, remote monitoring, and a framework that builds toward the smile they want in the right sequence. Pay-per-treatment works if your oral health is stable and you know what you need. FTC is for people who want the whole picture.
