Accessibility Statement
FAB Teeth Club · fabteethclub.com · Effective date: [To be inserted at launch] · Version: 0.1 (draft for review) · Review: Annually
We want everyone to be able to use this website and the FAB Teeth Club member experience. This statement explains how accessible our site is, what we know needs improving, and how to reach us if you have difficulty.
1. Our commitment
FAB Teeth Club is committed to making its website and member app accessible, targeting the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. We believe accessible design is good design — whether you use assistive technology, have a visual, motor, cognitive or hearing impairment, or simply prefer to browse differently.
2. How accessible is this website?
This is a new platform and we are building accessibility in from the start. Known limitations include:
- Some embedded third-party tools (such as our Direct Debit provider's payment pages) are outside our direct control and may not meet every accessibility standard.
- Some images and illustrations may not yet have fully descriptive alternative text.
- We have not yet commissioned a formal independent accessibility audit; we intend to do so as the platform matures.
3. Technical information
This website is built on a modern web framework and hosted in the UK/EU. Third-party services (including GoCardless) have their own accessibility provisions.
4. If you can't access part of this website
If you need information in a different format — large print, easy read, or audio — or are having difficulty accessing any part of the site or app, contact us:
- Email: hello@fabteethclub.com
- Post: FAB Teeth Club Ltd, 5–6 Well Street, Callington, Cornwall, PL17 7AU
We will respond within 5 working days and do our best to provide what you need in a format that works for you.
5. Reporting accessibility problems
We welcome feedback. If you find barriers we haven't listed here, please tell us — it helps us improve.
