Modern Slavery Statement
FAB Group Holdings Ltd (including FAB Teeth Club Ltd, FAB Teeth Ltd and Archway Dental (Saltash) Ltd) Published: [To be inserted] · Review: Annually
1. Introduction
This statement is made pursuant to the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps we have taken to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking are not taking place within our business or supply chain. It covers FAB Group Holdings Ltd and its subsidiaries, including the FAB Teeth Club membership platform and the Archway Dental practices.
2. Our supply chains
Our principal supply chain relationships include: dental materials, equipment and consumables suppliers; dental laboratory services; technology and software providers; professional services (legal, accountancy); and oral care product manufacturers. The majority of our supply chain operates within the United Kingdom. Where we engage international suppliers, we take steps to understand their labour and human rights practices.
3. Our policies
We operate the following policies reflecting our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity: a Code of Conduct setting out expected standards for our team and suppliers; a Whistleblowing Policy enabling team members to raise concerns confidentially; a Recruitment Policy ensuring lawful employment practices, including right-to-work checks; and a Supplier Code of Conduct communicated to key suppliers on engagement.
4. Due diligence
We review supplier relationships for ethical and labour practice concerns, verify right to work for all employees and contractors, prefer UK-based and certified suppliers where possible, and keep our supply chain under review as the business grows.
5. Risk assessment
We consider the risk of modern slavery within our direct operations to be low, given the highly regulated nature of the dental and healthcare sector in the UK and the predominantly domestic, professional nature of our workforce and supply chain. We recognise that risk may be higher in extended supply chains — particularly the manufacture of dental consumables and products — and will continue to monitor this as we scale.
6. Training and awareness
All team members are made aware of their responsibilities in relation to modern slavery as part of their induction. We will develop further targeted training as the organisation grows.
7. Key performance indicators
- Zero reports of suspected modern slavery in our operations or supply chain
- 100% right-to-work compliance for all new hires
- Annual review of this statement by the Board
8. Approval
This statement has been approved by the Board of FAB Group Holdings Ltd and will be reviewed annually.
